How many passengers can you accommodate on the Niagara Belle?
We can accommodate 80 for a seated meal and 120 for a cocktail-style reception.
Can we purchase alcoholic beverages on board?
Yes! We have 2 fully licensed bars, serving a selection of domestic and imported beer, liquors and wine, on board the Niagara Belle.
Is the Niagara Belle wheelchair accessible?
Yes! We have a large wheelchair ramp that boards directly onto our promenade deck. This deck has access to a wheelchair accessible bathroom, the main bar, entertainment and food service. There are no elevators on the Niagara Belle, so guests in wheelchairs are unable to travel to the first or upper decks. *Please alert us of any mobility requirements prior to your cruise departure date.
Are there age restrictions to be aboard the Niagara Belle?
Guests of all ages are welcome on all Public Cruise offerings. Please note the late return times for the evening cruises. Due to space restrictions, high chairs and changing tables are not available. Some special event cruises may require those in attendance to be at least 19 years of age or 21 years of age depending on the departure location.
Children under 4 are complimentary, but must still be booked on your reservation. We offer a discounted child rate for children 4-12 years old. Please call or email us to make your reservation including children under 4 years old at 1-888-438-4444 or email@example.com.
What attire is recommended?
We recommend that you dress for the occasion. Afternoon cruises are more relaxed, for dinner cruises business casual is recommended. We realize that many of our guests may be tourists and dressed for comfort while traveling - such attire is acceptable aboard the Niagara Belle. Be reminded that boats have boarding ramps, watertight doors, and steep stairs so wear sensible shoes for your onboard safety. High heels are not recommended. The waterfront is often cooler, guests may want to bring a sweater, jacket, or shawl.
How do the timings work?
Boarding time is 30-minute long time frame where guests would be arriving, boarding, and getting settled before the boat departs. Departure time is the time that the Niagara Belle will actually be leaving the dock. Return time is the time that the Niagara Belle returns back to the dock, passengers will disembark shortly after return to the dock.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
In the event that you have to cancel your tickets, you can do so 72 hours prior to your cruise date with a full refund. Within the 72 hour period prior to your cruise date, all sales are final and there are no refunds, transfers, or exchanges. Special event cruises outside of our Dinner and Lunch cruises are a final sale
Is Gratuity included in the Ticket Price?
Gratuity is not included in the cruise price and is at your discretion. Never required and will get the same great service regardless. If you wish to recognize the crew for a job well done, you're more than welcome to tip them.
What will I see and where will I go on the Niagara Belle?
You will cruise down the beautiful Lower Niagara River through Queenston and Niagara on the Lake to the mouth of Lake Ontario. There is a variety of beautiful scenery along the way including, Fort Niagara, Fort George, General Brock's Monument, and the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge. This beautiful route will take your breath away time after time.

Is Smoking allowed on the Niagara Belle?
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the vessel.
Is the Niagara Belle Transport Canada Certified?
Yes. The Niagara Belle is Transport Canada certified and inspected annually to adhere to strict safety regulations. Our navigation and service staff participate in regular safety drills.
