Important Policies
Guests must arrive 30 minutes in advance of your departure time to register and board the boat. Failure to do so will not result in any type of refund. In the event that you have to cancel your tickets, you can do so 72 hours prior to your cruise date with a full refund. Within the 72 hour period prior to your cruise date, all sales are final and there are no refunds, transfers, or exchanges. Special Event cruises are a final sale, there are no refunds, transfers or exchanges. 

All cruises will depart rain or shine. Indoor seating is available for all on board guests in the event of inclement weather. Valid Government Issued PHOTO ID will be required by all guests wishing to purchase or consume alcohol of any kind. Failure to present valid ID will result in refusal of bar service. The ticket is sold on the express understanding and condition that passengers, firms and corporations agree to comply with all regulations and instructions made or given by authorized representatives of the company or the master of the ship. Niagara Sunset Cruises its employees and agents will accept no responsibility nor assume any liability for accidents or damage from whatever cause where regulations or instructions to passengers are violated. The passenger, firm and corporation waive all claims for injury or loss to person or property resulting from failure to comply with such regulations and instructions. Niagara Sunset Cruises and its employees will accept no responsibility for the personal property of passengers.
